The Trooper Guarantee & Cancellation Policy. We take our mission of keeping your yard clean seriously! Because we carefully coordinate our “Trouper” routes to remain eco-efficient and on time, we require 24 hours' notice for any cancellations. Cancellations made within the 24-hour window will be subject to a $24.00 fee to cover mileage and the limited availability in our service schedule.
